We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return by following the steps below:

How to Request a Return:

  1. Check Eligibility:
    • Ensure your item is eligible for a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate items, or hazardous materials, cannot be returned.
  2. Prepare Your Information:
    • Gather the following information to expedite your return request:

      • Item(s) you wish to return
      • Reason for Return
      • Whether you would like a refund or an exchange
  3. Contact Us:
    • Send an email to [your email address] with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number].”
    • In the email, please include:
      • Your Name
      • Order Number
      • Details of the item(s) you wish to return
      • Reason for the return
      • Whether you would like a refund or an exchange
  4. Await Confirmation:
    • Our customer service team will review your request and respond within [1-3] business days with further instructions. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  5. Ship Your Return:
    • Once you receive the Return Authorization Number, securely package your item(s) and include the RAN in the shipment. Please send the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
  6. Processing Your Return:
    • After we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.
    • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days. Exchanges will be shipped out promptly.
